At the main village junction, we spotted Teddy, an affectionate brown dog with a bright grin and a tail that wagged at every passerby. He cheekily snuck after everyone, hoping they might have some idlis or puri in their pocket. But during Wayanad’s long and infamous monsoon, he spent his days huddled away, hungry, and forgotten. We just couldn’t leave him there. As we passed by to finally fetch him, he leapt into the car without hesitation, as if he knew he was finally safe.
At the shelter, Teddy quickly became everyone’s favourite. Always the first to greet visitors, this cuddle bear brought instant joy. Now safe and loved, Teddy needs your Guardian Angel support to continue thriving in his new life.
